原本明文规定“iPhone不得解锁”的AT&T，终于宣布了从4月8日（美国时间星期日）起，免费解锁所有合约期满的iPhone。相信这是与最近各破解网站宣传通过写信给苹果总裁库克来达到官方解锁，而导致大量信件发往苹果总裁的情况。促使ATT不得不出台政策来常态化这方面的需求。

个人认为，ATT“iPhone不解锁”的政策的确是属于霸王条款。合约期满的既已完成义务，根本没必要继续履行任何合约。

各位锋友，如果你的iPhone是你在美国的亲友代买，且合约期满的，可以让他们直接联系ATT来解锁了。

根据专业解锁网站unlockboot的消息，欲破解的，需满足如下条件：

The only requirements they stated are that a customer's account must be in good standing, their device can't be associated with a current and active term commitment on an AT&T customer account, and they need to have the contact term fulfilled, upgraded under one of their upgrade policies or paid an early termination fee.

翻译过来，就是：客户的账户不能是坏账（欠费），而且手机本身不能还受合约束缚，亦即：
1.期满，完成合约，或者
2.升级iPhone到新的手机(如iPhone4升级iPhone4S或者换成Galaxy)，旧的iPhone自动脱离合约,或者
3.支付费用提早终止合约(early termination)。

根据ATT提供的联系信息：

If you meet the requirements listed above, call 1-800-331-0500 or 611 from your wireless phone for assistance in unlocking your device. Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. local time, or Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. local time.

符合以上条件的，可致电ATT的客服电话1-800-331-0500或611（从ATT手机）要求客服代表为你免费解锁。营业时间从每周一至周五7点到22点，周六周日9点到19点（美国当地时间）。

继续补充：没有美国亲友的朋友也不必灰心，ATT开放此项业务后，很有可能会有官方解锁的破解商找到其漏洞而提供付费解锁服务的。著名官方解锁提供商cutyoursim目前还在为除ATT外的大量iPhone提供解锁服务，相信是限制于ATT的不解锁条款，但是ATT一旦开放限制以后，或许便会有机可乘，大家可继续关注。
