Gmail有两四种(2012/5/28更新第3,4种)扩充email位址的方法：
「.」：
因为Gmail会自动忽略「.」，
所以用这种方法，信箱就可以有多重分身，
如本来的信箱是test@gmail.com，
变身后就可以成为t.est@gmail.com, te.st@gmail.com, t.es.t@gmail.com等。
「+」：
使用「+」可以帮Gmail加上别名，同样地可以达到分身的效果。
以刚刚的例子而信，在原本的帐号最右边加上「+123」的话，
就可以有「123」这个别名，信箱便成为test+123@gmail.com，
且每个帐号都可以拥有无限个别名，而寄到别名信箱的信通通都会寄到原来的信箱，
但因为收件的email位址不同，所以我们可以设定不同的邮件筛选器，
只要设定好筛选条件后，就可以很轻松的管理不同目的或类别的帐号啰！
变更帐号大小写：
test@gmail.com = Test@gmail.com = TeSt@gmail.com 
更改网域名称：
@googlemail.com是gmail在德国与英国所注册的网域名称，
不过我们还是可以直接拿来使用，于是乎：
test@gmail.com = test@googlemail.com
综合以上两四种扩充Gmail的方法，我们还可以把他们结合起来使用，
如果t.est++123@gmail.com, te.St+testt@gmail.com, t.eS.T@googlemail.com ，
看起来非常地不一样，但都一样可以从test@gmail.com收到喔！ 透过这种方式，我们可以很容易地知道是哪个地方把我们的email帐号卖了， 例如使用yahoo拍卖时我都用test+ybuy@gmail.com这个帐号， 那之后如果这个帐号开始收到垃圾信就知道mail是给yahoo拍卖给卖了。 以上只是举例，大家也可以针对不同的注册信、抽奖等设定不同的分身， 再看看分身会不会被卖，就算被卖了，gmail也可以很快地透过筛选器快滤所以不用担心。 另外使用这些方法还有一些语法上的规定和限制， 以下参考自Gmail的电子信箱的分身功能：

To set up your device to work and sign up with RingPlus:
 
First, a Sprint* device, like an Android, (No i Phones!) that is not currently active is required. For example, if one canceled their subscription to another company or upgraded and now have a phone that has no service.
Then, go to https://my.ringplus.net/users/sign_in and click “Check My Device".
Enter the ESN number located on under the phone’s battery. It’s the long number called the Hex or Dec number (either one).
If this phone is ready to become a RingPlus phone and is not active at the moment under a contract or service, it will go to the next page.
After this, follow the steps to set up an account by entering an email and making up a password.
Then, go to “Add a New Device” in the account.
The ICID is only necessary with a Galaxy S4.
Choose the “BOYSD plan”.
A credit or debit card on file is necessary. This is required in case of exceeding the limit and/or making international calls
For more minutes or to make international calls or to use the in-call translator, go to” top up" and put money on the account. It’s a good Idea to always have a little bit of money available (around $10) in case more than 300 minutes is needed.
Now set device to factory reset (videos for most handsets are on YouTube).

You can get your MSL on your Ring+ dashboard AFTER you've registered your device. Alternatively, by downloading MSL reader from the Google Play store.

The following steps are intending for the majority of HTC devices running Android software.
 
The first thing you will need to do is ensure that 3G/LTE (if you have an LTE device), voice, and text messaging are all working properly on your device. To do this, a Carrier Wipe, and Profile & PRL update are required. Please follow the steps below:
1. Carrier Wipe
Open the dialer
Dial # # 72786 # 
Enter your Master Subsidy Lock (MSL) 
Press the "MENU" key
Select "Reset"
The phone will then powercycle
2. System Update
Touch the “Application” icon
Touch “Settings”
Touch “System updates” (on some newer phones, this may be one level up from the Settings menu)
(Note: If it says "No updates available" you may not be connected to the internet. Make sure your WiFi is enabled and connected. You also may need to change your WiFi sleep policy, check it out here)
3. Profile Update
Touch the “Application” icon
Touch “Settings”
Touch “System updates” (on some newer phones, this may be one level up from the Settings menu)
Touch "Update Profile". The device will restart when complete.
4. PRL Update
Touch the “Application” icon
Touch “Settings”
Touch “System updates" (on some newer phones, this may be one level up from the Settings menu)
Touch “Update PRL”. Wait for the PRL update to complete, then touch “OK”. Your device may restart after the PRL update. If not, please restart your device.
Once your device restarts, 3G/LTE data, voice, and text messaging should be enabled.

Kyocera Kona ringplus

RingPlus setup

Method 1) The easiest method is to use "Update PRL". For Kona it is found under Tools > Update Phone > Update PRL. The phone will take 30 seconds to update itself then reboot and you are DONE!

Method 2)
To set it up with ringplus, type ##786# , then type 2 (to reset), and it would prompt you for MSL. MSL is displayed on your ringplus dashboard. After entering MSL the phone would reset and restart with all the new info. No need to edit all the info manually.

Steps to enable or disable mobile data on your Kyocera KONA

You may wish to disable mobile data to improve battery life 

From the home screen, press the OK key.
Scroll to Settings and press the OK key.
Scroll to Others and press the OK key.
Scroll to Data Settings and press the OK key.
With Data highlighted, press the OK key.
Scroll to the preferred option and press the OK key.
Press DISABLE to disable or YES to enable mobile data.
You've now enabled or disabled mobile data.

Confirmed working on a Virgin Mobile Optimus V LG VM670

To get it working, you will need your phone number or MDN and MSID information from Ringplus
Your MDN and MSID info can now be found on your Ringplus dashboard at https://my.ringplus.net/
Thanks Karl

Then, on your phone, dial ##VIRGIN# or ##847446#.
Click on EDIT
Enter your 10 digit Ringplus phone number (which is your MDN number) for the MDN number, then click OK
Next, enter the 10 digit MSID number that you got from your Ringplus dashboard, then click OK
Click DONE when finished.
Your phone will reboot.
Make and receive calls, Send and receive textSmilie
Dont forget to turn off mobile data by going to settings, wireless & networks, mobile networks, and uncheck DATA ENABLED.

sprint iphone4 转pageplus

第一步： Jailbreak Iphone 
在youtube上找到了一个很好的instruction, 非常容易

需要  
     (1)  安装并打开Itune (http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ )
     (2) redsn0w_win_0.9.15b3.zip (从youtube link下载并运行)
     (2) Ios firmware (http://www.idownloadblog.com/download/， 或可以用youtube 提供的link http://www.felixbruns.de/iPod/firmware/ ) 
我的是Iphone 4, IOS 6.1.3, 需要iPhone3,3_6.0_10A403_Restore.ipsw，（如果
firmware 不对，jail break 不能完成，我第一次下了个iPhone3,3_6.0.1_10A523_
Restore.ipsw就不行） 

第二步：安装 Page Plus Bundle
1.在Iphone 里 Go to Cydia
2. 点 (Manage) at the bottom
3. 点 (Sources) in the middle
4. 点 (Edit) at the top right
5. 点 (Add) at the top left
6. 输入 http://appleflasher.com/repo
7. 打开 (appleflasher.com/repo) after installed
8. 安装 (CommCenter Patch) and do not yet reboot the iPhone
    （这个版本只支持到6.1.2, 我的手机是6.1.3，所以要用另一个repo source http://cydia.myrepospace.com/iMalang/, follow step 1-7 ）
9. 安装 (Page Plus Carrier Bundle) from appleflasher.com/repo, then select (
Respring)
重启机器，现在手机网络应该显示为 pageplus

第三步：联系Page Plus客服reprogram Iphone

我是已经有他家的帐号，所以chat 里告诉客服我要把手机号从一个手机转到另一个手
机。客服就会要求提供 手机号，旧手机的MEID, 新手机的MEID (手机属性里找MEID). 
大概一分钟后，客服会告诉你MEID设好了，让你从新手机打 *22890，*22800 ，或 *
22801。 
我是先把旧手机关了，然后从新手机拨*22890，大概10秒钟后就会语音提示reprogram 
完成。挂断，Enjoy!

lyca APN设置办法

首先网上流传的设置是正确的：
APN name: lycamobile
APN: data.lycamobile.com
UserName: lmus
Password: plus

Enable data roaming.

但是要命的是没有指出两点：
1） APN Type需设成default，而不是什么Internet。只有这样，你save之后，在APN 
name (lycamobile)右边才有一个绿点。

2）现在重启一下, 上网，如果还是不行，到上面说的绿点处点一下绿点, 或点两下，
anyways make sure它是绿点而不是其他颜色。现在是不是在最上面的状态栏里, 3G或
4G的图标活动起来了？如果是的话，恭喜你，搞定了。Enjoy。
